Carter is a jewelry designer, creative director and artist based in Santa Monica, CA.

She studied Design Management at Parsons School of Design, received her B.F.A. in Jewelry & Objects from Savannah College of Art and Design and studied Jewelry & Metalsmithing in the graduate department at Rhode Island School of Design.

She is known for her delicate fine jewelry pieces and unique designs. Her work reflects a meticulous attention to detail, an elevated design aesthetic, and a range of work from luxury fine jewelry to bespoke engagement rings.

Carter draws her inspiration from nature, specifically the ocean, architecture, historical objects, paintings, instruments, ancient adornments, and sculpture. She is always attuned to her surroundings, being met with interesting combinations of form, texture, light and shadow.

Her favorite style of engagement rings to design are dainty, classic styles with clean lines, and a lower-set center stone, most comfortable for every-day wear. However, she is comfortable designing any style you dream up.
