Your Custom Replica is created with the same attention to detail as your final ring, allowing you to experience your design in real life before we craft it in precious metals and diamonds. Replicas are made from sterling silver or other jewelry alloys and can be plated to closely match the color of your final ring—whether you choose yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, or platinum. High-quality cubic zirconia are used in place of diamonds and gemstones to recreate the scale, proportions, sparkle, and overall look of your finished design. This isn’t a generic sample ring. It’s your design, created for you.

Wove works with a carefully selected network of skilled jewelers, craftsmen, and manufacturing partners in the United States and around the world, allowing us to pair each design with the people and processes best suited to create it. Every piece is held to Wove's standards throughout the process, and the most important finishing details happen close to home. Center diamonds are hand-set by our master goldsmith in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where each ring receives its final attention before beginning its journey to you. It's a modern approach to fine-jewelry craftsmanship—bringing together specialized expertise while keeping the details that matter most decidedly personal.

It begins with an idea—sometimes a fully formed vision, sometimes nothing more than a feeling. Your Wove Designer helps turn that idea into something uniquely yours. To begin a fully custom design, you have two options: $100 Design Deposit — Begin your custom design process, including the creative development and sketching of your ring. $500 Custom Replica Deposit — Includes the custom design and sketch process, plus a physical Custom Replica created specifically from your design. If you choose the Custom Replica experience, we'll create your design and review it with you before your replica is made. Your replica receives the same thought, attention to proportion, and design consideration as your final ring. It's created from sterling silver or another jewelry alloy, plated to resemble your chosen precious-metal color, and set with high-quality cubic zirconia in place of diamonds and gemstones. Then comes the part we believe changes the custom-design experience: you get to live with your ring before we make the final one. Wear it. Look at it in different light. Experience its proportions on your hand. See how it feels during everyday life. If there is something you'd like to refine, your Designer can make those adjustments before your final piece is created. Once you're completely comfortable with the design, we bring the final ring to life using your selected precious metals and stones, with your center diamond hand-set by our master goldsmith in Lancaster County. Because seeing a rendering is one thing. Wearing your design before committing to the final piece is something entirely different.

Yes! Wove designers can become your personal jewelry designers for life. We’re your jewelry team. You can open up new collaborations in your account and start the designing process right away.

Wove designers are trained to help you determine what your preferences are, and then translate those preferences into a ring that you'll love. By working with one of our designers and trying on your design through our home try-on process, you will learn what style suits you best.

If you’ve worked with us to create a bespoke ring, it’s easy to make changes to your design! Contact your designer and they will schedule a follow-up consultation to walk through any adjustments your ring requires.

Wove offers an at-home try on service for both custom and pre-designed rings. We are dedicated to helping you find “The One,” and our home try-on service ensures that you’re buying with complete confidence. No high pressure sales staff and no 6-8 week wait for custom jewelry (with no trial). Wove stands alone.

There’s no right way to create your ring! We work with all types of relationships and if you want to be involved in designing your ring with your partner, then we highly encourage you to. Typically the wearer and the proposer begin the process together by both attending the first design consultation. Then, once the wearer decides which style ring they like best, the proposer takes it from there.

We're committed to creating stunning, durable pieces that you'll treasure for years to come. While we can work with most gemstones, we recommend choosing stones that are at least 7 on the Mohs hardness scale for everyday wear pieces. These harder gemstones (like diamonds, sapphires, and rubies) are more resistant to scratches and damage. We can work with softer stones (below 7 on the Mohs scale), but we'll have an honest conversation with you about durability expectations. For example, pearls are beautiful but delicate—it's not a matter of if a pearl will need to be replaced, but when. As your jewelers for life, we'll always be here to assist with any maintenance your pieces might need. Please note that while our commitment to your jewelry is unwavering, replacement of damaged softer stones will incur additional fees.

Wove will resize your ring for free up to 100 days following your purchase.

Ring sizing can be a bit tricky, as it’s influenced by factors like temperature, time of day, and even hydration. During warmer months or physical activity, your fingers may swell, making rings feel snugger. In contrast, cooler weather can cause fingers to shrink slightly, making rings feel looser or more prone to spinning. Hands are also typically at their smallest in the morning and gradually swell as the day progresses. These subtle fluctuations are completely normal! The key is to choose a ring size that feels comfortable most of the time—not too tight during warm, active moments, and not too loose in cooler conditions where it might slip off.

Wove offers free shipping on all purchases over $250 within the United States. Any purchase under $250 is subject to a $15 shipping free within the US and a $45 fee when shipping to Canada. Upon delivery, Non-US residents will be subject to the applicable duties and fees assessed in their home countries on international shipments

We provide a complementary appraisal of your ring and this is all you should need to obtain insurance.

Yes! Domestic shipping is free, but for an additional fee, Wove will ship your ring to Canada, Mexico and the UK. Upon delivery, Non-US residents will be subject to the applicable duties and fees assessed in their home countries on international shipments

For our Bespoke Rings, we offer two unique payment options. Most commonly, clients use the Wove payment plan. With this option, we collect an up-front 50% deposit on the total price of your ring to reserve your center stone and begin production on the ring. You’ll then have the option to pay the remaining 50% balance in full before shipping or over 3 months for no interest. Our second payment option is through Affirm. With this option, you’ll apply for an Affirm Virtual Card for your ring’s total price. Once Affirm approves your credit, we’ll send along a payment link to pay the ring in full. You’ll pay Affirm back on your comfortable schedule agreed with them. Please contact your designer directly to discuss available financing options.

Any fine jewelry that is personalized, customized, sized, engraved, or made specifically for you is final sale.

Ready-Made Fine Jewelry

Eligible ready-made pieces may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery toward another item of equal or greater value. If you choose a higher-priced piece, you simply pay the difference.

To qualify for an exchange, the jewelry must be returned in new, unworn, and undamaged condition with its original packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use are not eligible for exchange.

Your Wove ring was made to be worn and loved for a lifetime, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in your ring and the loss of eligible accent or side diamonds resulting from normal wear. If a covered side diamond is lost, Wove will replace the diamond and provide the labor required to reset it at no charge.

The warranty does not cover loss or damage to the center diamond, damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care, impact, excessive wear, work performed by another jeweler, or normal changes that occur as fine jewelry is worn over time.

Shipping costs to and from Wove are not included with warranty service.

We call them Pre-Designed because the design begins with us. The ring we create is still made specifically for you. Choose the Wove design you love, your precious metal, ring size, and the size of your center diamond. From there, we build your ring around those choices. A larger center diamond isn't simply dropped into the same setting. We adjust the architecture of your ring — including proportions, height, depth, stone placement, and other details — so your setting is properly balanced around the diamond you've selected. Your design may be pre-designed. Your ring isn't pre-made. Every Wove ring is individually created for the person who will wear it.

You choose the size. We obsess over everything else. We've intentionally removed the complicated process of sorting through hundreds of diamond certificates, grading combinations, and nearly identical stones. Instead, Wove hand-selects the center diamond for your ring. We're exceptionally picky. We look for diamonds with beautiful proportions and exceptional cut quality, that are completely colorless to the eye — F color or better — and exceptionally clean, with VS1 clarity or better. We don't believe you should have to become a gemologist to buy an extraordinary diamond. You choose the size you love. We choose a diamond worthy of your ring.

We don't offer a menu of lower and higher diamond grades because we don't believe quality should be an upgrade. Every center diamond selected for our Pre-Designed Collection must meet Wove's standards: exceptional cut and proportions, F color or better and VS1 clarity or better. More importantly, we don't select diamonds by certificate alone. We hand-pick the actual stone. Two diamonds can look similar on paper and very different in person. Our team looks beyond the grading report to choose diamonds with the beauty, brilliance, and presence we want associated with Wove. If we wouldn't be proud to put it in a Wove ring, we don't select it for yours.

Yes — and that's an important distinction. You're beginning with an existing Wove design rather than a blank sheet of paper, but your ring is still built specifically for you. Once you select your center-diamond size, we adapt the setting to properly accommodate that stone. Depending on the design and diamond size, that can mean adjusting the setting's height, depth, proportions, prongs, supporting structure, and overall balance. Then we create the ring in your chosen metal and ring size and set the center diamond we've personally selected for you. Think of our Pre-Designed Collection as Wove doing the design work first — then tailoring the ring to you.

Your Wove ring doesn't exist on a shelf waiting to be shipped. We build it for you. Most Pre-Designed rings require approximately 3–4 weeks to create, allowing time for your setting to be made around your selections, your center diamond to be personally chosen, and your ring to receive its final craftsmanship and finishing. An independent diamond grading report provides an objective assessment of a diamond’s characteristics, including its carat weight, color, clarity, proportions, and other identifying details. For diamonds .50 carat and larger, Wove includes independent documentation from a reputable diamond grading laboratory such as GIA or IGI, as well as respected legacy grading reports from organizations such as AGS where applicable. Most certified diamonds also include their unique report number laser-inscribed on the girdle of the diamond, providing an additional layer of identification and peace of mind. But a certificate is only part of the story. We still inspect and select the diamond itself. Two diamonds can look nearly identical on paper and perform very differently in person. The report verifies the diamond. The Wove Standard determines whether it’s worthy of your ring.

We’re picky — intentionally. For center diamonds in our Pre-Designed Collection, we follow the Wove Standard: exceptional cut and proportions, F color or better, and VS1 clarity or better. That means beautifully colorless diamonds with no inclusions visible to the naked eye. Our smaller accent and pavé diamonds are carefully selected and matched for brilliance, color, consistency, and the way they complement the center stone. We don’t simply choose diamonds because they meet a minimum grade. We choose diamonds because they look beautiful in the finished piece. Every diamond has a job to do. We choose accordingly.
